Finally, track the results of all these communications and mediums in order to refine your message and your process.
- Track your new clients. You want to know where they're coming from. Are you getting new clients from your marketing efforts, from client referrals, or from the Yellow Pages? You need to know, in order to better streamline your processes and budgets.
