Search Analytics
As part of last month's new Search functionality rollout, Admins can now track what people are searching for, identify content gaps, and make data-driven improvements. Find the Search Analytics tab under Admin > Analytics > Usage.

Pages Enhancements
More control over the look and feel of your Pages:
- Link URLs to images with the option to open links in a new tab.
- Fine-tune your layouts with adjustable column and page widths.
- Resize videos, images, and embedded content with ease.

Journeys Enhancements
More control over your live Journeys:
- Edit a live Journey: You now have the ability to edit the image, title, and description of an active Journey. You can also edit certain steps (ie. Share an Article, Share a Page, etc).
- Translations: Add Translations for the Journey title and description.

Pinned & Starred Spaces (Mobile)
Your starred and pinned Spaces are now available to view and edit on the Workvivo Mobile App. Just swipe from left to right to open the side navigation bar in the mobile app.

Offline Mode (Mobile)
Keep your workforce connected to critical content - no matter where they are or whether they have internet access.

More live journey editing - add, reorder, delete, and update steps with ease.
MORE PAGES UPDATES
Page version control, colour and formatting for more brand guideline consistency, and an HTML Page migration tool to move pages from the old builder to the new.
NOTIFICATION UPDATES
Smart notification routing and unique comment URLs.
LIVESTREAM UPDATES
A redesigned mobile livestream viewer experience and better chat moderation.

EVENT POSTING FLEXIBILITY
More control over how and when Events are posted in the feed.
NEWSLETTER GOVERNANCE
Ability to decide who edits, who owns, and who can send - at the Newsletter level.
CHAT UPDATES
Richer messaging including polls, voice notes, a media file hub, and stronger admin controls.
MISCELLANOUS UPDATES
Hide comments on a post to keep announcements read-only and hide reported content while under review.

SEND PUSH/FORCE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS FOR CRITICAL COMMS
GET YOUR CRITICAL MESSAGE SEEN
Send Push and Force Push are special permissions that allow you to share important or critical comms and ensure they are seen. The Force Push option can even override a user's Email notification preference and send an email to those that have never logged into the Workvivo platform.
