Updated Mobile App Experience

Out with the old, in with the new! As of April 1st, the old mobile experience has been sunset and all Workvivo instances have been switched over to the new and improved mobile app experience. 

If you haven't checked it out, now's the best time to do so - you'll find: 

• A simpler and cleaner interface
• Better aligned with the Desktop experience for more intuitive navigation

Spotlight (on Mobile)

Alongside the new mobile app experience, Spotlight Mobile allows you to customize an operations or work hub for your employees - curated with the most relevant content, communications, & actions for them. 

• A wide range of customizable Widgets allow you to pull in relevant content & information (ie. Featured Spaces, Upcoming Events, Quick Links, Apps, and more) 

• Admins customize what users see and can audience widgets by team to ensure that teams can only see what's relevant to them.

• Currently only available on Mobile

Updated Pages & NEW Drag & Drop Page Builder 

On March 18th, a newly redesigned Page experience was released. Here’s what changed: 

• Updated navigation UI in the left-hand panel.

• Page Search – search within Pages to locate content instantly 

• Banner Images & Emojis – Add a banner image to each page to elevate page design. Emoji’s can replace the placeholder icon in the navigation for more visual effect. 

• Ability to easily reorder Pages in the navigation 

• New, drag-and-drop, component-based builder makes page creation much smoother.

Any existing pages will continue to use the “legacy HTML builder”. When creating a new page, you’ll have the option to use the “old” builder (if you require HTML editing) OR the new drag-&-drop builder.
