As Workvivo’s 2026 & 2025 Global Partner of the Year, we help organizations create connected employee experiences through Workvivo’s employee communication and engagement platform.
A global employee experience consultancy firm helping enterprise organizations and nonprofits create connected workplaces.
We founded LineZero because we kept seeing the same problem over and over. Companies were spending a lot of money on shiny new tools, but their people still felt more disconnected than ever.
A new platform can give employees more ways to communicate, find information, and get work done. But that doesn’t mean people will trust it, use it, or feel any more connected because of it. Technology alone can’t fix a people problem.
We wanted to build the bridge between the technology and the people using it.
Not to sell another software license and walk away, but to help organizations make technology genuinely improve the way people experience work.
What started as a tight-knit crew has grown into a global team of employee experience strategists, change management experts, communicators, and problem-solvers.
Today, we’ve worked with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations and nonprofits, helping more than half a million employees across 100+ organizations feel more connected to their work and each other.
The technology has changed. Work has changed. And now AI is changing it all over again. Our belief hasn’t.
That’s really the whole job. We connect people, technology, and culture, and we care just as much about what happens after launch as what happens on day one.
“I’ve never gotten excited about technology for technology’s sake. What gets me is watching some frontline employee who’s never had a real voice at work suddenly get seen, get thanked, get heard by their team. That’s the whole reason I still love this job after all these years. The tech is just how we get there.”
Greg Sugar President & CEO, LineZero
OUR MISSION
Work should feel human. We help organizations build better everyday experiences by connecting people to what matters most: a shared mission, each other, and the intelligence that helps them do their best work.
People do their best work when they understand the bigger picture. We help teams connect everyday tasks to the broader purpose and goals that move everyone forward.
Great work doesn’t happen in isolation. We help organizations build spaces where people can actually communicate, collaborate, celebrate each other, and form real human connections.
The right information at the right time changes everything. We make knowledge and resources easy to find, share, and use, so people can spend less time digging for answers and more time doing what matters.
Three simple values. They shape how we work, how we treat each other, and how we show up for you.
You’re a person first.
We listen, we care, and we treat people with the respect they deserve. Whether we’re working with a client or with each other, we want you to feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Things change. We adapt. Inspired by Gumby’s ability to stretch and bend without breaking, we stay curious, open-minded, and ready to rethink our approach when the situation calls for it. We focus on finding the right way forward.
We care about doing good work, and doing it properly.
We take ownership, pay attention to the details, and aren’t afraid to go the extra time when needed. We’d rather do it right than do it twice.
We spend more time with our coworkers than almost anyone else in our lives, so we've built a culture where that time actually counts.
It’s leadership that actually knows your name and asks how your week went. It’s wins celebrated out loud. It’s being trusted to do your job well without someone hovering over your shoulder to prove it.
And it’s a team that’s honestly a little obsessed with helping others feel more connected at work, which, when you think about it, is a pretty good group of people to spend your workday with.
The recognitions we’ve received reflect the trust our clients and partners place in us and the care we bring to every project.

Anthropic’s AI technology gives organizations new ways to work with knowledge, content, and everyday tasks. We work with clients to identify practical uses for AI and bring them into the workplace thoughtfully and responsibly.
We help organizations use ElevenLabs to turn written content into natural, lifelike audio, localize communications across languages and explore conversational AI, making communications easier to create, scale, and access.
Our partnership with Meta gives us the opportunity to bring immersive technologies into the workplace. We explore how Meta Quest can be used for learning, collaboration, connection, and employee experiences.
Our deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem allows us to bring workplace technologies into broader employee experience strategies, helping organizations get more value from the tools their people already use.
For us, work is always more than just business. We’re big believers in showing up for our community and helping others build workplaces that actually put people first.
Co-hosted with our sister company, ProServeIT, and Microsoft, we started a free annual conference to help charities and nonprofits explore practical, ethical ways to put AI into practice securely and responsibly.
In partnership with ProServeIT, our annual International Women’s Day gathering brings together women leaders and allies for a meaningful day of connection and a donation drive, helping women re-enter the workforce with confidence and independence.
Produced by our team, Elevate: Women Transforming Employee Experience gives women leaders in HR, People & Culture, and Internal Comms a dedicated platform to share their insights, real-world strategies, and the work they're driving to elevate workplace culture.
We’re proud to be active members of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) community. For us, it’s all about staying connected to the people shaping the future of workplace communication and learning from their experiences.
We lead with consulting, not a product. A lot of EX partners start from “here’s the platform we sell, now let's make your problem fit it.”
We start from the opposite end: what’s actually not working for your people, and what would genuinely fix it? You get an honest answer. That objectivity, combined with real implementation depth and a track record across 100+ organizations, is what keeps clients coming back and referring us to their peers.
In plain terms: we help organizations improve how their employees connect, communicate, and feel at work. That could mean auditing your existing tools to find out why nobody uses them, recommending and implementing a new platform, building the change management program that drives actual adoption, or all of the above.
The consulting part is important because we’re not here to hand you software and wish you luck. We stay with you through the whole journey.
Three principles shape how we work:
People First. Our team, our clients, and the employees we ultimately serve all come before process or product.
Be Like Gumby. We adapt. Every organization is different, and our approach bends to fit the problem, not the other way around.
Do It Right. We’d rather take a little longer and deliver something that actually works than ship something fast and leave you to clean it up.
You’ll notice these show up in how we have conversations, how we staff projects, and how we handle the hard moments.
No, though we understand why you might ask! We are Workvivo’s top global partner; we’ve won their Global Partner of the Year award, and in most cases, we do recommend Workvivo. But that’s because it genuinely is the leading employee experience platform for most enterprise organizations, not because we’re paid to say so.
We work with organizations on other platforms too, and if Workvivo isn’t right for your situation, we’ll tell you. Our credibility with clients is built on that honesty.
Our headquarters are in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, but our team and client base are global.
We’ve worked with organizations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and beyond. Employee experience is a universal challenge, and the platforms we implement support 90+ languages, so geography rarely limits us.
If you’re wondering whether we can support your organization’s footprint, the honest answer is almost certainly yes.
Across the board: healthcare, retail, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality, energy, transportation, technology, education, professional services, and nonprofit.
Organizations come to us when they have frontline workers who are hard to reach, distributed teams who feel disconnected, or engagement scores that aren’t improving no matter what they try. Those problems show up everywhere.
Our sweet spot is enterprise organizations with 1,000 or more employees, and many of our clients are Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies.
That said, we’ve worked with organizations closer to 250 employees when the fit is right. Size matters less than complexity. If you have a large, distributed, or frontline workforce and a genuine need to improve how your employees connect and communicate, we should talk!
We're proud of a few in particular:
Workvivo Global Partner of the Year (2026);
Workvivo Global Partner of the Year (2025);
Zoom Americas Workplace Partner Award (2024);
And recognition as one of the first and largest Workplace from Meta partners globally.
We’re also a certified B Corporation, which means we’ve made a formal commitment to operating in a way that’s good for our people, our clients, and the broader world.
On the methodology side, our change management practice is Prosci-certified, which means the adoption work we do is grounded in a proven framework, not improvised from project to project.
