Workvivo HQ

Your next chapter with Workvivo HQ.

Understand what's changing, build your landing pages, and explore AI with practical guidance from Workvivo and LineZero.

Prepare for your transition to Workvivo HQ. Contact LineZero (opens in a new tab) to confirm your organization's rollout timing and next steps.

The tutorial clips were recorded on July 29, 2026. Where the interface or limits have changed, the Help Center guides are current. For example, you can create up to 20 custom landing pages.

Understand HQ

Build your experience

Design the homepage your people land on: layouts, widgets, audiences, and navigation.

Landing pages and content Pages are different

HQ landing pages organize a homepage with layouts and widgets. You build them with Custom Landing Pages and the Widget Builder.

Content Pages are individual pages you write in the Page editor. The AI Pages Compose tutorial shows how AI helps draft one. They are separate editors.

Next step

Explore AI and prepare your people

See what Workvivo AI can help with, and prepare the people and settings around it.

Before you switch AI on

  • Workvivo AI is enabled in two steps: Workvivo enables it for your instance, then an admin reviews the Workvivo AI Explainer in AI Admin Settings and turns AI on for your organization.
  • Turning AI on doesn't give everyone access. Each person, including admins, needs the matching AI role or permission.
  • Some capabilities depend on other products or settings. For example, SEER widgets need SEER, and HQ Agent needs its integration enabled.

Official guidance: Managing Workvivo AI and Compose AI and AI writing profiles. Ask LineZero what's included for your account.

LineZero planning checklist

Plan your HQ rollout

Five planning steps from the LineZero team. Use them to organize your own preparation.

This checklist is for your own planning. Your progress is saved only in this browser. Checking a step doesn't change anything in Workvivo and doesn't mean your instance is ready for HQ.

  1. Decide which groups need their own landing page or message.

  2. Agree who keeps each page and widget up to date.

  3. Sketch the sections and widgets each audience should see first.

  4. Decide how and when you'll tell people what's changing.

Why Vancouver differs: British Columbia made its last clock change on March 8, 2026 and won't turn its clocks back on November 1, so this winter Vancouver is one hour ahead of Los Angeles.

Registration happens on Zoom. A calendar reminder doesn't register you.
